Privacy policy

Information this website collects

This website does not have forms and does not ask you to type in personal or financial information. It uses Google Analytics to count page visits and clicks on buttons such as Call, Text, Book a call and Get pre-approved. Analytics shows general information like the page visited, the type of device and browser, approximate location (city level) and how you arrived at the site. Google Signals and advertising personalization are turned off.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which also counts page visits and page speed with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It does not use cookies or track you across other websites.

The secure mortgage application

The Get pre-approved buttons open a separate, secure application system. Information you enter there is not collected by this website. It is handled under Harbor Financial Mortgage's privacy notice, which you receive as part of the application process, and under federal privacy rules for mortgage lenders.

Calls, texts, email and booking

If you call, text or email Austin, your contact details and message are used only to answer you and help with your mortgage questions. The Book a free 15-minute call buttons open Calendly, which collects the name, email and details you choose to share to schedule the call. Calendly's own privacy policy applies to that booking page.

Links to other sites

This site links to HomeBuyingCalc.com, YouTube, Google, NMLS Consumer Access and the Texas Department of Savings and Mortgage Lending. Those sites have their own privacy practices. Calculator links include tracking tags that show only which AE Lends page sent the visit.

Sharing and selling

We do not sell information collected on this website. Analytics data is shared with Google only to provide the statistics described above.
